If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. You must call in to obtain a return authorization number and return address prior to shipping returns. Tags must be attached. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. No returns accepted after 30 days. No returns on custom orders. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
